Warranties
Autograph is unable to provide any warranties in relation to goods provided.
Shipping
We ship worldwide via PostNL, DHL, FedEx or UPS. Shipping & handling rates are based upon weight, size and destination. Tracking confirmation is sent by e-mail once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for orders that may get lost or stolen during transit or upon delivery. Please contact your mail carrier to locate your package.
Delivery
European orders: 1-10 working days
Other countries: 10-15 working days
For international orders, please check tracking often & contact your local mail carrier for more information. You may be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country your order will be received. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays.
Returns
All sales are final. We accept returns for refund or exchange only on defective or incorrect items. Please contact us at shop@autograph.works within 3 days of receiving your defective or incorrect item(s) to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Any requests after the 3 day limit will not be approved. Product must be unused, unworn & unwashed. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Your details / Order number / Problem you have with the purchased product.
Please note you are responsible for the cost of returning an item to us. We advise that you send the parcel fully insured to the full value of the goods and ensure the items are well packaged.

Software
LICENSE AGREEMENT APK TYPE
Desktop
The Desktop license allows fonts to be installed on a computer and utilized in desktop publishing software. The desktop license is determined by the number of users having the font installed. Every single user is allowed to install the fonts on multiple, yet personal, computers or devices.
Web
The Web license allows fonts to be embedded via self-hosting into a single website. The web license is determined by the monthly page views a website receives.
App
The App license allows fonts to be embedded into one app. The app license is determined by the number of downloads the app is expected to receive. If your number of downloads exceeds your current license, please upgrade your license.
Broadcast
A Broadcast license allows the fonts to be utilized for TV, cinema and streaming. The broadcast license is determined by the region of broadcasting and/or streaming. Please get in touch for more (license) information and detailed pricing.
ePub
The embedding and publishing of fonts in ePubs or other shared documents requires additional licensing. The price depends on the edition of the publication. The use of fonts for cover designs are covered by the desktop license. Please get in touch for detailed pricing.
Server
Storing and accessing font files on servers in order to generate items such as invoices or personalized products is not allowed. Fonts may not be distributed or downloaded from a server.
Trials
The font software of a trial license is for testing purposes only. The use for commercial or personal public projects is not allowed. For that you will have to purchase a license.
END USER AGREEMENT APK TYPE
By receiving, purchasing, downloading, installing, using or otherwise handling our fonts, you accept the terms of this agreement. This agreement replaces and supersedes any previous agreements between you and Autograph. If you do not accept the terms, you can not request, download or use our fonts.
1.
Do not share, distribute, illegally copy, steal from a licensed user or re-sell our fonts. Purchased fonts will always remain copyrighted to Autograph.
2.
The purchase of a fonts makes you (the buyer) a licensed user of the fonts, not an owner. The fonts may only be used for the specific amount of employees/ users (desktop licenses), page views (web licenses) or downloads (app licenses) purchased. Licenses are not transferrable to other companies or individuals.
3.
Fonts are allowed to be passed onto a pre-press service or printer for output only. These third parties are not allowed to actively create new documents with fonts that have been passed on for output only. If any modification is to be made by a non- licensee, then a new license must be purchased for that user.
4.
Any other usage by other third parties, clients for instance, is not included in this font software license.
5.
Embedding of the font software in other software or devices or in any other form requires the purchase of a special license (not specified here). Please contact us to discuss further details.
6.
It is a breach of this license agreement to use the product in any way that infringes the rights of any third party under copyright, trademark, patent or any other laws. In the event of infringing uses by you, this license immediately terminates.
7.
We do not allow users to make modifications to our fonts. You must contact us to discuss any modifications as a bespoke project.
8.
The character set of an Autograph font is purchased as is; the licensee accepts this number of characters in a font set. Autograph is not obliged to provide missing characters for free.
9.
Autograph makes no warranties express or implied as to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or otherwise.
10.
In no circumstance whatsoever do we take responsibility for damage caused to a users hardware, software or a loss of income that may have occurred as a result of installing the font software. All font software installed is done so at the licensee’s risk and we will not be held responsible.
11.
Any violation by licensee of this agreement shall cause this license to be terminated. We will take legal action if you are found to be using our fonts illegally. Autograph may update this license agreement at any time without prior consent and or notice.
12.
This license agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the Netherlands. The courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim.
If you do experience any problems with our fonts, we will try our best to sort out any issues. We do not take on any liability in this transaction.
